All of the options are 100% commission. We offer 3 different tiers of the monthly payment plan (or annual for a 30% discount). Please review the pricing options to select the plan that is best suited for your business.

If you’re working with a Real Innovate TC, you will get paid directly from escrow. We will instruct escrow to disburse funds directly to you at closing. If you’re handling your own file, you may still get paid directly from escrow once you have satisfied our requirements.

Yes! If you pay for a year in advance, you save 30% compared to paying per month. That means you get 12 months for the price of 8 1/2 months.

Our approved TC’s charge $410 per closed traction. ($545 dual sided and $185 for a transaction audit.) We provide excellent service to our agents that include all buyer/seller correspondence, contracts and disclosures, and third party vendor arrangements. All of your files will be uploaded to the Real Innovate Transaction Room and will be accessible from any computer anywhere. When your transaction closes, there will be no additional steps required of you. Just look out for your check.
